Weeping Cedars Historical Society
The Weeping Cedars Historical Society was founded in 1905 and has been serving the town for over a century by connecting us with our community identity and history.
Our historical society has moved over time, located originally in the town hall, and then moving to 3 Glenwood Road (now a private residence and one of our most popular rental locations in town, great for short or long-term visits!) before relocating to its current location. The society has satellite sites in the old mills, as well as a small display in our current Town Hall and other locations around town such as the Villmers' House.
We are dedicated to making sure that Weeping Cedars' citizens have access to as much information about our town as possible. If you'd like to visit our society, our hours are posted to the right. If you'd like to request a particular piece of history for personal, township, or academic study, please contact the society.
